Your satisfaction is our primary objective. If you are not happy with the product for any reason, including breakage, damage, etc…, contact us within 7 days and we will refund your money. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
Domestic (48 continuous states) – We use USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery is normally between 5– 7 days, including our processing time. We will ship within 48 hours to process order. Expedited Options are available also via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Hawaii/Alaska – We welcome orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us and we will quote you separately for shipping costs and lead-times.
International – We welcome international orders. Please contact us and we will quote you separately for shipping costs and lead-times.
We use PayPal. PayPal allows you to complete an ACH direct payment or to use your credit card.

All figurines come with a Certificate of Authenticity and many come in a beautiful cloth-covered and cloth-lined decorative wooden box or a normal cardboard shipping box.
